New Accreditation Reports Available in NCCBP

Following several months of development, NHEBI is pleased to announce the availability of new accreditation reports within the National Community College Benchmarking Project.

Each of the nation’s regional accreditation standards have been mapped to established NCCBP benchmarks, and participating institutions can view these new reports on-line within the project site.  Current members can find their reports by selecting ‘Reports’ from the main menu, and then choosing ‘Accreditation Report.’

Member institutions have used NCCBP data and benchmarks to support accreditation efforts for many years, but over the past year many members expressed interest in taking a step beyond the NCCBP Cross-Walk documents, and these new reports now automatically link your institutional data to relevant criteria and standards.

Special thanks go to many member institutions for providing feedback and guidance in the development of the accreditation reports, especially Madison Area Technical College, Spartanburg Community College, Community College of Allegheny County, Westmoreland County Community College, College of the Desert, and North Idaho College.

Features of the new reports include:

  • Full integration with NCCBP custom reporting tools.  Users have the ability to copy the standard accreditation reports and make edits and modifications to suit their needs and purposes.
  • The ability to add customized peer comparison groups to all charts and graphics.
  • Trend line presentations and comparisons to national and peer data where more than 2 years of data has been entered.
